If you are looking to preserve the Vibrant colours of your produce whilst you dehydrate then you can use Excalibur's food-safe Sodium bisulphite. This product product reduces oxidation during the drying process, preserving the vitamins and nutrients that are sometimes lost during food preservation.
Easy to use - Simply mix with water.
Composition: 91.5-94.7% sodium bisulphite, 4.8-8% sodium sulphate, 0.1-0.5% moisture.
